Winter Sports Recognition Night

All-State Honors for Boys Basketball

Members of the 2021 TCHS Class A State Championship basketball team continue to receive honors.  Kolby Moss and Jake McTaggart were named to the GHSA Boys Class A-Public 1st Team.  Additionally, Coach Rob Benson was named the GHSA Boys Class A-Public Coach of the Year.  Congrats to all!  

Jake McTaggart named FYN Georgia Player of the Year

Fetch Your News has named Towns County Junior, Jake McTaggart, the Georgia Player of the Year for the 2020-21 basketball season.  McTaggart led Towns County to the 2020-21 GHSA State Championship game in which Towns County defeated Hancock Central 64-60 to capture the 1st Boys Basketball State Championship in school history.
